Occlusal Analysis/Equilibration/

If you struggle with sliding your teeth into place or actively thinking about getting all of your teeth to contact at once, occlusal equilibration may be a solution for you. If the bite is not equilibrated properly, our jaw muscles and brain are constantly making an effort to achieve an even bite. This can lead to headaches and TMJ issues. Depending on the position and healthiness of the teeth, we may perform an analysis of the occlusal contacts and possibly equilibrate the bite to be more symmetric. This option is not available in extreme cases of misaligned teeth. In those cases, Suresmile orthodontics can be used to correct bite issues.
